Africa Operations Hub: RABAT, Morocco, October 12, 2026 – e-Crime Bureau took part in Morocco Cybersecurity Week 2026, a regional gathering of government, industry and policy leaders focused on Africa’s cybersecurity priorities. The firm’s participation reflects its growing focus on delivering services to clients across its operational hubs in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
As an industry stakeholder working closely with Smart Africa, the Bureau contributed to discussions on deepening cooperation between national cybersecurity authorities, the private sector and other key stakeholders. The discussions centred on the coordinated, multi-stakeholder approaches needed to address the increasingly complex cyber threats facing public and private institutions.
During the event, Executive Chairman Dr Albert Antwi-Boasiako delivered a presentation titled “How Can African Nations Rise in the Cybersecurity Economy?” at a Smart Africa organised workshop for African Ambassadors and High Commissioners. The session examined the strategic opportunities open to African nations as cybersecurity becomes a driver of economic growth, investment and digital trust. It also explored how diplomatic engagement can help position the continent within the global cybersecurity landscape.
The firm’s delegation included the Executive Chairman, Board representatives and members of the Africa & Global Markets team.
e-Crime Bureau thanks Smart Africa, the Kingdom of Morocco and its partners for the opportunity to engage and looks forward to building on these relationships and strengthening partnerships that advance cyber resilience.
