Delivering knowledge. Building skills. Creating capability
Portfolio Highlight
Capability and skillset development is the binding constraint across our markets – in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Institutions buy platforms they cannot effectively staff to operate, recruit into roles the local market cannot fill, and lose the people they do train to other employers – locally and abroad. Training that consists of a slide deck and a certificate of participation does nothing about any of this workforce dilemma anymore.
As part of our Training offerings, we build capability that lasts, combining globally recognised certification with hands-on, practitioner-led instruction. Our instructors are working consultants, examiners and responders, so the case material and use cases come from direct engagements in the regions rather than from a vendor courseware library. Programmes run from technical laboratories in forensics and penetration testing, through specialist courses for law enforcement, corporate employees, as well as workforce awareness campaigns and board-level courses.
Certification matters across all our operational hubs for a practical reason beyond individual competency development. Regulators, tender panels and international partners increasingly treat recognised qualifications as evidence of institutional competence, and several regimes now require named, qualified staff or trained personnel outright.
Security, IT and risk professionals pursuing professional certification or developing specialist skills. Institutions building internal capability in any of our service areas. Police services, prosecution authorities and judicial officers handling digital evidence and cybercrime cases. Financial investigators and financial intelligence units/centres. Regulators and supervisory staff/teams. Boards, management and executive teams who need to govern risk they do not operate. Development partners supporting capacity building for targeted beneficiary institutions/countries. Entire workforces, where the human layer remains the most frequently exploited in cyberattacks.
Programmes begin with a capability baseline assessment, so that training is aimed at the actual gap rather than the most popular course. Certification tracks combine instruction with examination preparation and post-course support. Technical courses are predominantly hands-on, using realistic environments and regional use cases, because we believe forensics and offensive security are learned by doing.
Law-enforcement and judicial programmes are calibrated to the local legal framework, since evidence-handling procedure that is appropriate in one jurisdiction may be inadmissible in another. Delivery is in-person, virtual or blended. Training can take place at the client’s premises or in our training facility, in any of the working languages your institution requires. For larger institutional programmes, we offer train-the-trainer tracks so the capability becomes self-sustaining, and we measure outcomes through assessment, pass rates, and, for awareness programmes, change in employee practices over time.
